- We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Paypal.  Payment must be made with 48hrs of purchase. 

* Shipping policy

- Sold item will be shipped within 24hrs after payment is received, Laptop repaired will be shipped the same day that it is completed, All shippings are by UPS, USPS, or Fedex unless specified.

- PLEASE NOTE:  We only ship within the U.S.  and to verified address only.

* Warranty/Return Policy

- Service Warranty : 90 days Part & Labor.  Sold item will be warrantied against DOA (dead on arrival) and 30 days against defect.

- Warranty provided is for replacement only. If we no longer stock the item, a compatible replacement will be offered. If there is no replacement available a prompt refund will be issued.

-  Any return requires you to first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) from us. Any item sent back without an RMA number will be refused (returned).

-  Warranty does not cover shipping charges, normal wear and tear, consequential or subsequent damages made by the user.
